Terms of use and sale

These terms of use set out how the services of the CV Boost site (the Service), published by TALVORY LLC (the Publisher), are made available and may be used. Accessing and using the Service constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms. The Publisher may update them. Any change affecting a paid service in progress (subscription, pass, pack) is announced by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the User may cancel free of charge before that date. Other changes apply as soon as they are published on this page.

CV Boost provides an artificial intelligence tool that reviews, restructures and improves the user's CV. It extracts data from an uploaded file, rewrites text using AI, produces a final laid-out document in PDF format, drafts cover letters, searches job offers and tailors the CV to a given offer.

The CV Boost Plus subscription (section 10) includes the AI Interview Coach, up to 6 spoken sessions per month. The Coach helps users improve; it does not guarantee an interview or a job.

The Service is free to use, with no limit on the number of CVs: creating and editing the CV, previewing it, choosing a template and searching job offers. AI rewriting, CV analysis and cover letter writing are also offered free of charge; to prevent abuse, the Publisher may cap the number of AI requests over a given period. The Publisher may limit, suspend or interrupt access to the free features of the Service, in particular for maintenance, without compensation. A subscriber's paid access may only be suspended for a serious breach of these terms (fraud, abuse, sharing of access), after notice by email; if the Service stops through no fault of the subscriber, the paid and unused period is refunded pro rata.

Downloading CVs and cover letters as PDFs, tailoring the CV and the cover letter to a job offer, job offers selected by AI from the CV, the full LinkedIn profile and the AI Interview Coach are reserved for CV Boost Plus subscribers, under the terms of section 10. The LinkedIn headline is offered free of charge. These texts are suggestions that the user copies themselves: CV Boost publishes nothing on LinkedIn and never acts on the user’s LinkedIn account.

Former offers: the CV Boost pass and the AI Coach pack have not been sold since 23 October 2026; buyers keep their access until it ends (pass: section 9; AI Coach pack: six practice interviews with feedback for six months from purchase, and the guarantee in section 7).

The user undertakes to:

• Submit only truthful and accurate information belonging to them.
• Not use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in a way that harms the Publisher or third parties.
• Not upload content containing viruses or any other malicious code.

The user is solely responsible for the documents they upload, the data they submit and the use they make of the generated result.

The Service relies on generative artificial intelligence. The Publisher cannot guarantee the accuracy, complete relevance or absence of errors in generated content. The user must check the generated CV carefully before using it. The Publisher accepts no liability for the outcome of any job application, job search or recruitment process conducted with a document produced by the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the State of New Mexico, United States, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

This guarantee covers the AI Coach pack, which has not been sold since 23 October 2026; its buyers remain entitled to it under the conditions below. The AI Coach included in CV Boost Plus is covered by the money-back guarantee in section 10.

If the buyer has not obtained a job 60 days after purchase, TALVORY LLC refunds the pack price provided all six interviews were completed before the request. An interview counts if it has a feedback report and either lasted at least five minutes or covered all of its steps; a session credited back after a technical incident does not count.

The request must reach contact@cv-boost.app between day 60 and day 90 after purchase, from the account email address. The customer must attach to their email a statement that they have not obtained a job, a screenshot of My Space showing all six completed practice interviews, and six rejection emails relating to applications for six different jobs. Third-party personal details may be redacted, provided the date and rejection remain visible. CV Boost also checks the six sessions in the account and may request reasonable clarification if the submission is incomplete. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method.

This commercial guarantee is additional to, and does not restrict, mandatory consumer rights.

Mandatory rights under the consumer's country of residence remain applicable. Where a 14-day withdrawal right applies to a distance purchase, the customer may exercise it by writing to contact@cv-boost.app. Starting to use the AI Coach immediately ends that right only where applicable law allows it and the required information and consent have been obtained. The commercial guarantee above is separate from these statutory rights.

Consumer mediation: if a dispute is not resolved with our customer service (contact@cv-boost.app), consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator is being appointed; their details will be published on this page.

The CV Boost pass has not been sold since 23 October 2026, when the CV Boost Plus subscription opened. TALVORY LLC sold it as a one-time payment, with no subscription and no account, for €1.99, then €3.99 from 9 October 2026, applicable taxes included.

Passes already bought remain valid until they end: 7 days from payment, in the browser where they were activated. During that time, they remove the “Made with CV Boost” line from the PDF and give access to the full LinkedIn profile. For any issue (pass not activated, change of device), write to contact@cv-boost.app with the address used for payment.

The CV Boost Plus subscription is sold by TALVORY LLC at the prices shown before payment, applicable taxes included: a 3-day trial for €2.95, then €19.90 per month; or €59.90 per year, paid on subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe. An email address is required for invoices and to find the subscription on another device.

Content: unlimited PDF downloads, with no footer line, of CVs (in every template offered) and cover letters (with their templates); tailoring of the CV and cover letter to each job offer; job offers selected by AI from the CV; full LinkedIn profile; AI interview Coach up to 6 spoken sessions per month of subscription, not carried over.

Trial: the €2.95 trial is offered only once per person (same email address or same bank card). Unless cancelled before it ends, the monthly subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial, at €19.90 per month. A reminder email is sent the day before the first charge.

Renewal and cancellation: the subscription has no commitment and renews automatically every month (or every year for the yearly plan). It can be cancelled at any time, online, from the My subscription page or the link in every email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no further charge, and is confirmed by email.

Money-back guarantee: within 14 days of the first full payment (€19.90 or €59.90), the subscriber gets a full refund of that payment in one click from the My subscription page; the subscription then stops immediately. The €2.95 trial fee is not refunded; during the trial, the subscription is simply cancelled. This commercial guarantee is in addition to statutory rights.

Immediate performance: by ticking the box provided before payment, the subscriber requests immediate performance of the service and, under the conditions set by applicable law, acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal for digital content already supplied. The guarantee above still applies.

Price changes: a new price only applies to a current subscription at the renewal following at least 30 days' notice by email; the subscriber may cancel before then, free of charge.

Failed payment: if a charge fails (card declined or bank authentication not completed), access is kept for 3 days to settle it, then suspended.

When the User enters their email address on the resume payment screen without completing payment, the Publisher keeps their resume for one year so they can pick it up at any time, on any device, from the link received by email. It sends them at most three emails over seven days: their resume to pick up (about 15 minutes later), job offers matching their job title and city (day 3), then a reserved offer (day 7): the 7-day CV Boost pass at €2.99 instead of €3.99, paid once, with no subscription, valid for 72 hours from sending.

Sending stops as soon as a subscription or pass is paid, or upon unsubscribing, possible in one click in every email; unsubscribing also deletes the kept resume.
